This was by far the best buying experience we have ever had. Bishoy worked really hard to take care of us. Not only did he deliver on customer service but he got us a payment lower than we expected. Very disappointing car buying experience. Bought a preowned BMW from this dealership on September 26, 2020 and have discovered several problems that should had been caught in the pre-listing for sale preowned BMW from this dealership on September 26, 2020 and have discovered several problems that should had been caught in the pre-listing for sale inspection at their car lot. I can only think of two things, either they are crooks and sold me the car knowing the problems existed....or the service team is incompetent....either way it’s bad. — first issue noticed the evening of my purchase ( a ticking in the front driver side wheel). Texted the sales person and he told me the general manager said I could come in and they take a look at it. I do just that and they discovered the CV axle boot was torn and was the cause....they repaired this for me at no cost I was only out my time. — second issue is I noticed about a week later the oil hasn’t been changed despite them saying it was, and the car fax saying it was also...the in dash monitor showed 3100 miles until oil change, when the monitor is reset it should be 10000 miles to oil change. Obviously they didn’t change the oil. I took today to the BMW to get an oil change. — while getting the oil change BMW did an inspection on the car and found yet another issue, the rear differential input seal is leaking.... and from what the BMW experts are saying it has for quite some time now..... another issue Nissan hid from when when selling the car. The repair is going to cost me close to $800.00 and I haven’t even had the car a week. THESE GUYs ARE EITHER CROOKS or INCOMPETENT .... Either way save yourself some time and money and do business somewhere else .... these guys can’t be trusted. **update spoke with Eric General Manager Oct 23rd about the issues with my car and was told he would get back with a solution. As of today 10/29/20 after trying to reach out to him, still no response. **Update** After texting Eric Roundy he did respond with a text back saying he will not help with the repair. Again very disappointing to have so many issues with a vehicle just after I bought it. Run Run Run to another dealership! You can come back and thank me later. More
