ALL CARS SHOULD COME WITH A JACK ! ! ! Drivers window did not work, they stated all was working properly - not. Mentioned oil change never received paperwork for it. The above reasons for 4 star rating, could have been better especially paying cash. More

After a long discussion with Kyle in Internet Sales, we decided to go test drive and see what we could do...our final attempt after two horrible customer service experiences with the Hyundai and KIA dealerships of Murfreesboro. We were met by the very lively and energetic Bishoy Rikz! He was fantastic! He knew exactly what I wanted and what I could pay and promised me that he would have us out the door that evening in my new car. Not only would I be driving a beautiful and highly rated car, but I would be rescuing my drowning credit. I wasn't very optimistic. He worked his magic and then introduced us to the finance manger, Bryan Schwartz. I was in AWE! I have bought several cars in my years and never, not once...nope never was I given such a great deal. I was beyond impressed with Bryan's knowledge and his guidance and I truly felt he went above and beyond in helping me. I left with my beautiful 2017 Sentra SV and a guarantee that my credit will be vastly improved within months. My investment is sound and I LOVE MY CAR!! Thank you cannot express my gratitude to these gentleman. Their kindness, empathy, personal attention and professionalism towards us made this nerve wracking decision easier and I left more confident and proud of my purchase. New Maxima Owner I had been searching online for the car I wanted and decided to take a test drive.
