Car leasing experience My wife and I went to multiple dealers and explained our circumstances and how we were on a tight budget. Other dealers just wasted our time and their My wife and I went to multiple dealers and explained our circumstances and how we were on a tight budget. Other dealers just wasted our time and their managers would come back with ridiculous offers. Not Bishoy. He was straight forward with us and valued our time more than anyone. He got us a good deal the first time around and made what we expected to be a painful experience a very pleasant one. We will definitely be return customers and we will work with Bishoy again in the future. More

It is a laborious experience, but this was the best yet. 4 hours start to finish, but most dealers don't make this as pleasant as Nissan of Cool Springs did. Each dealer needs to hire a consultant to evaluate their process and adjust their procedures to get this down to about 2.5 hours. More
