It's funny how your response says that TRUST and TRANSPARENCY are important to OURISMAN. I went to the OURISMAN CHEVROLET OF BALTIMORE dealership because I thought I could TRUST them to honor their deal. I traveled 2 hours to get there, got insurance as ask, test drove vehicle and was excited about purchase. Then got a SIGNED purchase agreement which included vehicle price, dealership fees, tax and title fees. Even went so far as to get a certified check from my bank for total amount. Now as far as TRANSPARENCY that is important to OURISMAN. I think I got a little TRANSPARENCY when your used car manager at OURISMAN CHEVROLET OF BALTIMORE said "he was called a few times over the phone that he was selling the vehicle to cheap." After a few more hours in dealership we were told vehicle wasn't going to be ready today (Friday) and I could expect delivery Monday because I live so far away. Vehicle did not make it monday and was told they stay in touch. I guess they shopped vehicle around and got more money because it's no longer in inventory. When you say your sorry I'm frustrated and disappointed do you mean it. Than when OURISMAN says TRUST and TRANSPARENCY are important to them PROVE IT. I understand OURISMAN is the biggest car dealer in Maryland, figure it out. Side note: I spoke to Chris Silk your NEW manager at OURISMAN CHEVROLET OF BALTIMORE. He is a nice guy and i wish him the best but this happened the week before he took over.
