The service writers at Central Kia are outstanding. We are very professional and concerned with getting the job completely done with no extraneous extra cost tacked on. I know and dealing with the service writers there that I will get exactly the repair that’s required and not any other tacked on extra charges. They are the best crew I have ever worked with in my life. Kudos to Management for empowering their people to do a good job and save the customer money. More

Buyer Beware. Poor Service Center, Bought a used car in 2018. The engine died in 2022. Average service center waits, 3 weeks. Worst car buying experience ever. Sol Poor Service Center, Bought a used car in 2018. The engine died in 2022. Average service center waits, 3 weeks. Worst car buying experience ever. Sold a car with missing parts. Was given a warranty. Been having issues 2-3 times a year ever since. I have good credit. Their service center treats me poorly, specifically KIRK. After owning three KIAs, I bought a Nissan so I never have to deal with KIRK ever again. Their service center guys are rude, overworked, and don't care about their customers and they've been there for years. You'll have to deal with them forever. More

First, I had one bad experience and wanted to talk to the service manager about it in a friendly way to tell them it left a bad taste. I have tried for three days to contact the service manager and left mess service manager about it in a friendly way to tell them it left a bad taste. I have tried for three days to contact the service manager and left messages...been transferred to everyone but the manager and left messages. No return, more bad taste. I took my car for service as always...asked up front for tire rotation. When I picked it up the tire rotation was not on the ticket. I asked why, they said it's not due. I said I am getting emails saying it is. They said no so I let it go. Yesterday I took the vehicle for State inspection and they said the LR tire was bad due to not being rotated. The other tires are ok. I get to buy two new tires, probably 15-20,000 miles before necessary...dealer's fault. My other experiences have been good, but because they won't take my call or call me back, I'll probably take my business elsewhere. Bad taste! More
