I want to say I am very pleased with your decision to replace my brakes on my 2025 Buick Encore GX .. you can hear my squealing brakes a mile away. I was so embarrassed thank you for replacing them . Service center agent was very helpful and hopefully my problem with the remote is fixed. Had the misfortune of purchasing GMC L6 gas V8, that had to be serviced and sure glad I took my Yukon to Jeremy and Blake @ Anderson GMC of Abington! They jumped right on the dilemma and couldn’t be happie to be serviced and sure glad I took my Yukon to Jeremy and Blake @ Anderson GMC of Abington! I bought my car at the dealership when it was Boyle Buick and the customer service was great. However, since Anderson took over, I can't talk directly to the service department. Have to go through the auto and the customer service was great. However, since Anderson took over, I can't talk directly to the service department. Have to go through the automated system, have to leave a voicemail message to get a tech to call me. Very disappointing having to use such a system just to speak to someone. Was not provided with an estimate of how much it would costs at the time of scheduling the appointment which is something that service would have told me had I been able to speak directly with the advisors to schedule the appointment. Once I got to actually speak with a service advisor things went smoothly. Definitely not happy with the automated phone system. That is poor customer service. More
