I was pleasantly surprised at every step of this used-truck buying process at Town East Ford. From initial inquiry, to the attached pre-departure picture, Blake Smithers (Sales Associate) was simpl used-truck buying process at Town East Ford. From initial inquiry, to the attached pre-departure picture, Blake Smithers (Sales Associate) was simply exceptional. I am a reasonably savvy home-garage mechanic and HD Ram enthusiast that asked MANY questions and requested tons of pictures/vids as I contemplated buying a used HD Diesel Truck in Texas all the way from Florida. Blake was professional, patient, thorough, transparent, and understanding every step of the way. He handled all logistics upon my arrival seamlessly as well. There were no surprises or disappointments with the truck upon inspection and test drive. Lastly, even more surprising, was that Blake and his team went over and beyond on pricing concessions to help me stay in-budget even after I was on-site and technically committed to the purchase. The 20+ hour drive back was uneventful, the truck drove perfectly, and I was simply grateful for a surprisingly pleasant & seamless experience. After 30 years of disappointments, I am finally able to leave a 5-Star review for a Sales Associate & the Dealer. More
