Because of Farle’s thorough understanding my whole situation, he worked in such a way as to make it all work out within that day! He truly was a godsend and an extremely helpful professional to which I am truly appreciative. And when I drove off the lot, I hadn’t gone, but a few miles and the engine light came on. I texted Farle. and he told me to come right back. He would make sure the service technician Wade, (who was an absolute godsend and coordinating all of this with Farle) to make the experience even more exceptional! They took care of everything to assuage my concerns, possible fears, and made sure that I was taken care of. I came back today, 19 September because a part had to be ordered, and Jeff explained to me when they had finished examining the car yesterday the 18th, what was wrong that I would have to come back because the part had to be ordered. I came back today the 19th. There was another Mechanic it wasn’t Jeffrey, but there was someone else and I did not get his name. He was extremely kind told me that they would take care of it and they would get me out as soon as possible. An hour or so later he came in (that same technician) and said you’re good to go. Keys are in the car. I thanked him got in my car and it is running beautifully! This was a wonderful experience, and I am so appreciative of Wade, Farle, Jeff, and the technician that I saw on the 19th for the wonderful consideration, care and professionalism that was shown to me.
