Everything was great, until I saw what they were selling my trade for. I understand it is a business and they have to make money, but convincing me that my trade was worth $5999.00 less then what the are s my trade for. I understand it is a business and they have to make money, but convincing me that my trade was worth $5999.00 less then what the are selling it for is robbery. I do not know if it was just the salesman or the sales manager who is not truthful. They were easy to work with accept on the trade value. Before I saw this, I would have made future purchases for Pearl and Blayne. However, I really feel like I have been cheated and will never do business there again. I will also not be recommending this dealership to anyone else. Blayne would have received an excellent review from me, but I do not agree with what he/they did. More

We are sorry that you feel this way. We work very hard on every vehicle to make sure we give you what it is worth when we take it in on trade. You agreed with the value that you were given. If you did not you could have said NO. For your information and to whoever else wants to know on the process of a trade in. First we give you what the vehicle is worth minus any damage or mechanical repairs that need to be done on the vehicle. Then the vehicle gets posted online and when we post the price we have to make sure that we have enough room for any service work that is being done. Once everything is updated then the price starts to go down. Not only that. There is a difference in TRADE VALUE compared to RETAIL VALUE. Trade in Value on your trade is $13000 and we gave you more than that and I still have to put it through service, so I am really confused on why you are so upset about that. Oh and buy the way we sold you the truck you bought over $2000 less than Retail Value. So you received over trade value for your trade and bought ours under value and you received a great service from the people that work here. That sounds like a great Deal to me. There were no mechanical issues with my trade. There were no dings, dents, or scratches. You are correct though, I could have said no to taking that amount for the trade. So the fault is my own. That does not change the fact that I was lied to and led to believe that what I was offered was a fair price for the trade. It was not and you know it. I had looked other places before coming to you and was offered $2000.00 more than what you gave me. I liked the truck you were selling better. I used to work for Watseka Dodge, I understand the difference between trade/retail value. You should never assume that a person does not know what they are talking about. You did not give me a fair value for my trade. When you try to make 4 to 5 thousand dollars off of a customer that is buying a vehicle from you, that is robbery in my opinion. Especially when you are making money on the vehicle that you are selling to the customer. Again this is my opinion, it does not mean that everyone should agree with it. The deal is done, I am happy with the vehicle that I purchased from you. The review I gave was my honest feelings. If you look at my review, I said that everything else about the experience was fantastic. But again I want to be clear, I could have said no. The fault for allowing this to happen is mine. I made the decision to go ahead with the purchase.
