Salesman, Blayne, screwed up on transferring the correct plates to my new Jeep Cherokee. This cost me taking a day off work to visit the DMV to correct his mistake. It also cost me $50 for the error. Despit plates to my new Jeep Cherokee. This cost me taking a day off work to visit the DMV to correct his mistake. It also cost me $50 for the error. Despite this, Blayne and dealership won’t own up to their error! I wasn’t the one who transferred the wrong plates!!! I gave Blayne the registration for my 2018 Jeep (which my son uses for school) to Blayne in order to get the rebate only and he knows that! I never once asked him to transfer those plates onto my 2021 Jeep! He took it upon himself to do so!! I understand that mistakes happen but to not even attempt to correct it is what gets me! VERY POOR customer service and I will take my business elsewhere!!! More

Linda, We are sorry that you feel this way. When looking back to September when you purchased the vehicle and going through your deal, we see nothing in the deal other than the registration card that you gave us. Which is the vehicle we transferred the plates from when you were here. We would have willingly transferred the plates from a different vehicle if we would have known that was what you wanted. You did not have a registration card or plates to any other vehicle here with you that day. So, we are having a hard time understanding how we could have done this better for you. There is nothing that we can do since it has been over 2 months since you purchased the Jeep. If you would have caught it within a week or so then we could have voided the plate transfer and then transferred the right plates for you at no cost but we did not know. If you would like to talk about this further you can reach out to Chad our GSM at 708-258-1700. We are very sorry that this plate issue has made you this upset that all the good we did for you just gets thrown out the window.

Ummm…I only gave the registration of the 2018 Jeep to get the Jeep rebate and the plate that YOU put on my new 2021 Jeep was NOT the one from my 2018 Jeep!!! I gave Blayne the plate from my old Suburban which I told him that when it was given to him so yes, he was given the correct plate at the time I purchased the car! Also, when you have to take a day off work to correct your mistake and have to pay $50 for it, yes, I am very upset! I would think anyone would be! All the good you did for me? Like what? It was the same experience I had at any other dealer.
