Run away as fast as you can. I had a Golf TDI that was involved in the diesel buyback. I liked the car so i wanted to replace it with another Golf. Found one i liked and settled o I had a Golf TDI that was involved in the diesel buyback. I liked the car so i wanted to replace it with another Golf. Found one i liked and settled on a price but I noticed that the SEL trim wheels were not on the car. The first salesman (Kenan) told me that would be no problem that apparently someone had switched them out for another customer. I told him that i wanted the SEL and since the 18" wheels were standard on the SEL i wanted them replaced. He again said no problem. I went back the next day to finalize the deal (with Blaze since Kenan didn't bother to show up for the appointment)only to be told that the wheels would be and additional $1,000. I told the salesman (Blaze) that i wasn't going to pay for something that came with the car. He then proceeded to tell me that the car was discounted because the wheels were incorrect (I agreed to pay the full internet price they quoted me). One word led to another and the more we talked the more arrogant Blaze got. I finally told my wife to get up and left. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life. You would think that VW dealers would be a little more willing to work with people that have already been wronged once. I told them that i would be looking at other brands and Vw wouldn't get a second shot at me. I was told that his time was valuable too and to have a nice day. I bought a Subaru. Good riddance VW! More

New Car Experience at it's finest!!! I was dreading buying a new vehicle because of the TDI recall. Suntrup helped walk me through all of the steps with ease. They had me in and out and o I was dreading buying a new vehicle because of the TDI recall. Suntrup helped walk me through all of the steps with ease. They had me in and out and on my way in no time. Blaze was great to deal with and shot me straight with a no bull conversation of where we needed to be on price. This was overall a great experience and I would recommend Blaze any day as he was easy to deal with and got straight to the point without the hassles. More

Smooth Process Blaze was great. He didn't try any of the typical sales strategies that make car-buying so tedious. In the end, Suntrup gave me the best price without Blaze was great. Needs Work I've purchased three new vehicles in the last nine months. The experience at this dealership so far is the worst. I'm now seven days from date of pu I've purchased three new vehicles in the last nine months. The experience at this dealership so far is the worst. I'm now seven days from date of purchase. Where is my paperwork? They have my trade in, its title, and a Bank of America cashiers check that paid for the car in full. I don't like driving around in an unregistered vehicle. Also, the car was delivered without a front license plate bracket. Parts was to order this. I want this as well so that I can install it if the first zealous cop gives me grief. If I were to compare this experience to that of purchasing my Mini convertible back in April and a BMW in June, I would tell Suntrup that this dealership needs serious customer service improvement. None of these cars were financed and paid for in a similar manner. I had paperwork on these vehicles in 5 calendar days. I love the vehicle, but the sales a delivery experience leave a lot to be desired. More

Purchase of my Sweet Ride - 2016 VW Beetle Denim Convertible Blaze was a terrific help with my purchase. I wanted a no-nonsense discussion without games and he was polite and to-the-point. Second; the Finance Rep..I was on the phone with another finance company negotiating the interest rate. The Finance Rep said it's only pennies. Hmmm I saved $1800 dollars by negotiating the interest rate. Guess I have a different idea of Pennies! Didn't think the dealership was anything special. More
