I asked for more information on a model (w/ manual and DSG auto) and I received a call right away from the Manager, Beau, and the dealership set up an appointment for test drive. Unfortunately, the model with manual tranny wasn't available at the dealership, but had a similar model that I could test. I ended up buying the DSG auto after driving both back to back. Blaze ensured I had plenty of time to test both vehicles. He appeared to know more details about the car compared to other dealerships I had previously visited. The vehicle with the color I wanted wasn't ready on the first visit (Saturday), but was ready by Monday. That was ok since I had to bring my spouse with me anyway. Finances were a bit tricky and didn't receive the best APR on financing since we qualified for college grad cash back ($500) that required VW financing a fairly high percentage rate. I wish I knew this before we started, but not sure if I would have made a different choice. Sean was helpful in explaining the different financing/rate variations. It took just about 10 days to receive the documents I needed for the vehicle registration. I'm a resident of another state and the over-the-mail registration likely will take a few weeks, but Blaze offered to help with a dealer tag if necessary, so I'm confident there won't be any issues. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend the dealership to coworkers. Thanks, Blaze, and staff at Suntrup VW! More

Bait and switch I wanted a top of the line atlas. Called this dealership to get a quote. Blaze explained they needed to see my vehicle to quote a price. Went in, spen I wanted a top of the line atlas. Called this dealership to get a quote. Blaze explained they needed to see my vehicle to quote a price. Went in, spent >1 hour there to negotiate price. A few weeks later, vehicle comes in. They checked our credit, final paperwork comes in (45 min.?) and it isn't the agreed price by ~$5k. Blaze claims to not recall what we agreed to so he's either the worst sales guy ever or incompetent. Either way, after more negotiating we were still $2k away from the original deal. Taking my business elsewhere. Not sure if it will still be a vw as this is the closest dealer to my house (for service), I'm now reconsidering the pilot vs a longer drive to a better dealership such as dean team. More
