We met with Bo Planin and he went over the safety features of the GLK. He explained the Mercedes-Benz commitment to manufacturing a safe and reliable vehicle and also the commitment of customer satisfaction by Atlantic Classic Cars. We were sold! We have never experienced an vehicle purchase such as we had at Atlantic Classic Cars. It was wonderful. No stress, no pressure only answers to our questions. We needed to leave the dealership before we could actually start any paperwork and Bo said that was fine and we could come back to see him the next day. What?? No pleading to complete the paperwork? That had never happened at any other dealership. We did go back to meet with Bo this morning. He explained options of purchasing vs leasing and the benefits of each. Bo gave us a tour of the facility and explained service department's commitment to customer satisfaction. We decided to lease a new GLK and then met with Eric Palmsteen to review additional warranties, etc. Again No Pressure. Eric simply explained the different warranties and answered our questions. Wow!! What a great experience!! Bo then took the time to go over the navigation system, he paired our phones, he reviewed the voice control with us and explained everything in detail. He was very patient with us. Of course the GLK has so many features that we will need to read the manual to use all of the features. We took our grandson for a ride in the GLK this afternoon. He is only 11 and told me he sure wished he had his learner's permit so he could drive the GLK. He loves it and was very impressed with the safety features. He is anxious to go over all of the features with me tomorrow. I would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. More

I originally went to another Mercedes Delaership for the new CLA, but their customer service was not the best. I went to Atlanta Classic Cars and met Bo and was immediately helpful. They did not get a CLA new CLA, but their customer service was not the best. I went to Atlanta Classic Cars and met Bo and was immediately helpful. They did not get a CLA that I was interested in their first shipment. So I shopped around at all the dealerships in the surronding states (South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennesse, Alabama and Florida). sor some reason the dealerships were not that responive to my request but Bo was always contacing me letting me know if he found something in my interest at another delaership or comin to theirs. Finally, a car came in and Bo called me immediately. I was able to get the FLeet Program Discount becasue of my job, but Mercedes changed the amount. The GM was able to get me the original discount and now Ilove my new CLA. I would ighly recommend working with Bo, he is a very hard worker with EXCEPTIONAL cutomer service. More
