I originally went to another Mercedes Delaership for the new CLA, but their customer service was not the best. I went to Atlanta Classic Cars and met Bo and was immediately helpful. They did not get a CLA new CLA, but their customer service was not the best. I went to Atlanta Classic Cars and met Bo and was immediately helpful. They did not get a CLA that I was interested in their first shipment. So I shopped around at all the dealerships in the surronding states (South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennesse, Alabama and Florida). sor some reason the dealerships were not that responive to my request but Bo was always contacing me letting me know if he found something in my interest at another delaership or comin to theirs. Finally, a car came in and Bo called me immediately. I was able to get the FLeet Program Discount becasue of my job, but Mercedes changed the amount. The GM was able to get me the original discount and now Ilove my new CLA. I would ighly recommend working with Bo, he is a very hard worker with EXCEPTIONAL cutomer service. More

I've owned many cars in the past & have dealt with many car sales man, but Bo Planin is in a different league as far as I'm concerned. Very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. Bo Planin was great with finding and knowing what we were looking for. He had a Mercedes GLK on the lot that he thought would fit what we described and he was perfectly correct. He was very courteous and helpful with all aspects of the buying process. He explained the features of the vehicle clearly and asked if we needed more information. He was always smiling from the time he greeted us until we left. He is a very personable man and therefore made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. He made sure we were connected with the right person when we needed to talk financing. He never acted as if we were bothering him in any way. He was smiles and friendly through the whole process. I would definitely recommend our friends to touch base with Bo Planin if they are interested in purchasing a car through this dealership. We would positively ask for Bo again if we are in the market for another car. As before -- very nice and personable individual. More
