Our experience with Mercedes Benz was wonderful. We have been customers with this dealership for over 10 years and have always been satisfied and treated very well. Bo Planin was great with finding and knowing what we were looking for. He had a Mercedes GLK on the lot that he thought would fit what we described and he was perfectly correct. He was very courteous and helpful with all aspects of the buying process. He explained the features of the vehicle clearly and asked if we needed more information. He was always smiling from the time he greeted us until we left. He is a very personable man and therefore made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. He made sure we were connected with the right person when we needed to talk financing. He never acted as if we were bothering him in any way. He was smiles and friendly through the whole process. I would definitely recommend our friends to touch base with Bo Planin if they are interested in purchasing a car through this dealership. The CLS caught my wife’s eye on the road and since we were thinking about replacing our Jaguar, we went over to Atlanta Classic Cars to take a closer look and a test drive. We were immediately greeted by Bo Planin who showed us the vehicles on the lot and took us out for the test drive – through the process he pointed out all of the unique features of the car and answered all of our questions. Once we had decided that we definitely wanted the CLS, we also took and look and drive of the GLK as a potential new vehicle for my wife. We liked them both so much that we placed a custom order for both that day. Bo worked on every detail with us to help us determine the functions and features that we really needed or wanted and those that we could honestly do without. Once the vehicles were ordered, Bo kept us informed on their production and delivery and did a great job going over each vehicle with us when they arrived. When it came time to deal with the financing, Eric Palmsteen made everything simple, clear and easy. Like Bo did on the vehicles, Eric went over all of our options for service and vehicle protection and had everything ready for us to sign and go when we got there. I can honestly say that we have never had a more pleasant and straightforward buying experience with any dealership. Our next vehicles will be Mercedes and they will come from Atlanta Classic Cars.
