Was in Cleveland where my partner is leaving to join me in DC. She had a 2002 Toyota (old but in great shape, original owner was her mom). Jenny (fantastic).answered and passed on to Dan (an owner who could not have been kinder to an out of state stranger with an old car). He told me to come by to see Dan. Dan had a medical appointment but told me Aaron would handle. Aaron got me a quick, fair price. As ssrvice was great and nice cars over at used cars I said.i was in the market for a used SUV. Aaron said you have to see this unique Highlander, it will move fast. Two hours later I happily shook hands with Aaron and the team (thanks Bob) after trading my Camry for a beautiful.Highlander (with Platinum extended protection). I have been to many dealers across the country and can recommend Metro without hesitation. You are in good hands Cleveland, visit Metro. Dan, as an aside I said I judge lots by how they treat any potential customer. My final proof of my sincerity is that I made a major purchase with them. Car buying should always be this easy and fun When I called Metro Toyota to make sure the car I was interested in was still on the lot, Darlene told me it had just sold, but she suggested that she When I called Metro Toyota to make sure the car I was interested in was still on the lot, Darlene told me it had just sold, but she suggested that she take my name and number just in case. She called the next day to say it was back in inventory. Dan Schneider was gracious when he greeted us at the dealership. We then had the good fortune to be helped by salesman Gary "Cap" Capper. Not only was he friendly, approachable, and funny, he knew the answer to every mechanical and technical question we had about the Niro. Cap even offered to drive the car to our mechanic down the road for a pre-purchase inspection while I was at work the following day (which he did). Bob handled the final paperwork with a professional, honest manner. Car buying should always be this easy, fun, and low pressure. Thanks everyone at Metro Toyota! More

I traveled from Detroit to Cleveland to test drive a car in the pouring rain, but it was worth it! I was immediately impressed with how impeccably clean and well-detailed the car was that I tested and eventually bought. A job well done by porters!!! The salesperson I worked with was Gary "Cap" Capper. He went above and beyond to provide me with information, and followed-up with me every step of the 350 mile round trip drive I made to make the purchase. Cap answered all of my questions...put my mind at ease...and was just a genuinely cool human! What I truly enjoyed about Cap, aside from his quick wit and depth of knowledge, was his down to earth demeanor and integrity. I did a ton of research before I made this purchase and Cap was spot-on with everything I spoke with him about regarding the car. Furthermore, it took less than 30 minutes to sign the paperwork with Bob, trade-in my old car, review the new car, and drive off with a check in my hand for the trade-in, my new car, and a great big smile on my face!
