I knew I wanted another Toyota, but this time a Rav4. I had a hard time deciding on which one I wanted. There was a large selection of certified used vehicles there. I drove three vehicles before my husband and I decided on one. Cap never became upset with us. It took at least four hours for me to decide on my purchase. He remained very pleasant throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable with the different features on each vehicle.
