Went Lafontaine Highland yesterday to pick up my new truck and they had prepped the wrong truck despite me providing them with the Vin # and stock # and description. Wasn't even the same trim level. Then they realized they couldn't get the correct truck ready so they gave me a car to drive home after being there for 2.5 hours. The car didn't have enough fuel to get me home. At no point during this did anyone other than the confused saleswoman approach me. The sales manager only called me after I cancelled my truck purchase. Now they have my authorization number attached to the wrong truck. XM and Onstar assigned to me also with a truck I never wanted. More

Terrible company. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We drove 5 hours for a car that we had financing, insurance lined up (the company spoke with insurance) and a cashiers check printed. Salesman great, used vehicle purchased not happy Tim was a great salesman. The vehicle listed had higher miles when I went in. Start having problems with the vehicle right away.
