We traveled quite a distance to speak with Jose at Imperial after seeing a vehicle online that we were interested in. We were worried about pushy sales people because we had a few other dealerships to Imperial after seeing a vehicle online that we were interested in. We were worried about pushy sales people because we had a few other dealerships to go to that day, but Jose was great, he was friendly, funny and professional at the same time. He listened to us, got the trade in offer we were hoping for and we left with a great vehicle that same day! Finishing the paper work with Desiree and going over warranty options also made us feel at ease, she was not pushy about purchasing anything extra, that is something that we really appreciated! We would definitely recommend Imperial Toyota!! More

Our sales person Peter was great, he did everything he said he would. I would highly recommend him. The sales manager Bob was also fantastic, the items we asked to be done to the vehicle were done prom said he would. I would highly recommend him. The sales manager Bob was also fantastic, the items we asked to be done to the vehicle were done promptly. And the service dept. I was contacted when they first got in to confirm what was to be done with the vehicle and again when the service was completed. The only negative was the wait time to talk with the finance dept. after we had made the deal. This seems to be an issue with ALL dealerships and I don't understand it. Once the deal has been completed it should not take 2 hours to finish paperwork. More

I will start out by saying I hate car dealers and car salesmen with a passion, but this dealership had exactly what I wanted in stock so I went to look at it. I was impressed from the very start. Jose Mo salesmen with a passion, but this dealership had exactly what I wanted in stock so I went to look at it. I was impressed from the very start. Jose Monteiro was not your typical car salesmen. He was very pleasant and not pushy at all. He is a true example of what a car salesmen should be. Hard to believe but he was honest and never pushy. When I made an offer he did not say the old line "I will check with the boss, or The boss will kill me etc. etc.. My offer was below what he knew he could sell the truck for so he actually brought his boss into the office as we were talking. I just wanted to add that my contact with Jose was over the course of a about 1 month as I had a hard time deciding. Through out all the time he never was pushy. I finally purchased the truck and the entire transaction was flawless. After purchase I wanted some extras for the truck. Jose ordered the parts for my truck, called me when they came in and helped set up an appointment to have them installed and talked to his boss again to see if they could give me a bit of a discount on the parts since I purchased the truck there. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very professional and I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone and I will definatly purchase from them again without hesitation.I cannot say enough good about Jose and the entire dealership More

I needed to assist my father with the purchase of a car for the winter since he will not be returning to Florida due to his team at Imperial Toyota.
