DAN IS A RASCIT DISGRACEFUL DISTASTEFUL UNPROFESSIONAL A HARM TO PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS N REPUTATION HE HAS A HATE ENERGY N ATTITUDE TOWARDS BLACKS WHICH I WAS TOLD WHEN STARTED HE SUGGEST WHEN TRYING TO TAL HARM TO PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS N REPUTATION HE HAS A HATE ENERGY N ATTITUDE TOWARDS BLACKS WHICH I WAS TOLD WHEN STARTED HE SUGGEST WHEN TRYING TO TALK TO HIM HE CUSSED ME BELITTLE ME YELLED OVER AGGRESSIVELY OVER THE PHONE SAYING MY STORY DONT MATTER N THAT IM A LIAR N I NEED TO SHUT UP WHEN TRYING TO SPEAK THEN ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER HE DENIED THEN LIED N SAID HE IS CORPORATE HE RUN THE DEALERSHIP THE OWNER N NO ONE IS HIS BOSS OR OVER HIM TO SPEAK TO ANY ELSE DAN IS QUE MANAGER WHICH IS A GANG BANGER ON A PROFESSIONAL PREMISES& also THE ONE WHO LIED N SAID I COULDNT WORK BUT I COULD THEY BOTH SAID IT WASNT NO WORK THEY HAD BECAUSE THEY WAS SLOW BUT ACCUSE ME OF NOT WORKING MY JOB BECAUSE I GOT another job BECAUSE I WAS LIED TO ABOUT MY HOURS I HAVENT RECIEVED A FULL PAYXHEXK SINCE IVE BEEN WORKING I DONT EVEN GET MY HOURS I DONT XLOSE N IM A CLOSER I DRIVER A HR THERE JUST TO GET SENT HOME EARLY EVERYDAY SINCE IVE BEEN WORKING NOW IVE BEEN DISCRIMINATED AGAINST TREATED UNPROFESSIONAL N worthless I Will Be Filing a Lawsuit . I Was Written Up MY FIRST WEEK FOR USING WATER N SOAP ME N ANOTHER BLACK EMPLOYEE BUT THEY ALLOW THEY WHITE EMPLOYESS TO SMOKE ON THE CLOCK , WASH THER CARS , CHAGE THEIR OIL USING THEIR PRODUCTS HAVE MULTIPLE CARS THERE DO AS THEY PLEASE . DAN IS A RASCIT PEACE OF SHXT IM GOIN TO THE MAYOR N BEYOND HE NEED FIRED N REMOVED IMMEDIATELY PEOPLE LIKE HIM IS WHY THE WORLD CANT BE POSITIVE! HE THINK HE EDDIE NAPLETON WHICH IS THE REAL OWNER N I REACHED OUT TO QUE IS A GANG BANGER WHO SHOULD BE FIRED FOR UNPROFESSIONALISM HE HAS A FLAGG WRAPPER AROUND THE TIME CLOCK HE FALSIFIED IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHICH LEAD TO A UNLAW WRONGFUL TERMINATION, HE ALLOW OTHERS TO DO WHAT HE TROUBLED OTHER FOR DOING THEY MAKE THE FRANCHISE A VERY HOSTILE UNPROFESSIONAL DISTASTEFUL and HATEFUL RASCIT ENVIRONMENT VERY UNHEALTHY TO THE CUSTOMERS N FRANCHISE. Stay away from this dealership! They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my vehicle. They agreed to fix some of the damage over 30 days ago. I keep trying to coordinate the repair ( to be done at another shop that they chose and agreed to pay for) however now they don’t return my call and the shop that was to do the repairs can not get a return call from them either. I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I was excited to see this car. The advertised price for the car was around $18,500 online, and I was told the cash price would be about $ dealership. I was excited to see this car. The advertised price for the car was around $18,500 online, and I was told the cash price would be about $20,800. However, once I arrived, they tacked on a slew of additional fees, bringing the total to $24,500. How do you justify a $6,000 jump from the initial price? The sales representative I worked with was nice and professional, but unfortunately, the manager showed no interest in helping to resolve the situation or explaining the discrepancy. This lack of transparency and disregard for customer service left me feeling like my time was completely wasted. This dealership clearly only cares about money and not the people. Money is the only thing that matters to them, which is a huge red flag. Obviously, money is important in any business, but we are not spending a few dollars. We’re talking about thousands of dollars. For them not to care about the customer is just greedy. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values honesty, clear communication, or good customer service. More

Last week after talking to supposed internet sales department and setting up a meeting with the woman representative that told us she would be there the next day to help us expedite our car purc sales department and setting up a meeting with the woman representative that told us she would be there the next day to help us expedite our car purchase, we arrived the next day only to find she was not there as promised. After at least 3 calls,emails,texts giving info ,trade,cash,specific personal information, we arrived and and basically started the whole process from scratch as they acted as if they had no information. I suspect that the internet sales department is not at the dealer to begin with but is an off dealership location just collecting calls. I can’t prove that though. We arrived at 12:45 am and left at 5 pm after a (Dog and Pony show) low balling our trade , saying that they wouldn’t even put it on there sales lot and it would be wholesaled out to car max for $13000 as it was to old to get financing for prospective customers. KBB was Average at $17500. So we told them we would pay cash instead. Even at full price with all the xx fees they refused our offer and would only accept cash if we purchased three worthless items from the financial dept and agreed to finance the car for at least 3 months (WHAT!). The extra add on items were scratch and dent warranty (On a car that is not made of metal so it would not apply) a clear wipe on fluid formula that would protect the infotainment screen for $200 and a service to locate the car if it were stolen (that’s what onstar does for free). So basically they want to negate cash,trade in, at full price plus fees in order to burden you with terms and extra crap you will never use. The salesman to manager show of going back and forth was exhausting as well as a joke. I tried to walk and talk my friend out of the purchase but they kept up there game ,wearing her down. After a failed no show for the internet sales, failure to get the sale done in expedited time, the sales show, lies about the trade,demands of purchasing useless add on and a very skilled slight of hand show we ad insult to injury this am by finding that the trade in was in fact a newly listed addition to there used car inventory at about $10 more that there offer. BEWARE of the lower than normal fees to entice buyers to buy as once you walk through the door you are at there mercy. I’ve never experienced such a dishonest, misleading, bait and switch dealer before. My advice would be to step clear of them at all cost. I hope that Karma serves them well. More

I bought a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 from Napleton in Clermont FL. I've had nothing but problems with their service department. IF you can actually talk to someone and actually get any answers or a appo Clermont FL. I've had nothing but problems with their service department. IF you can actually talk to someone and actually get any answers or a appointment consider yourself lucky! I've called 4 times today to get a pretty costly repair done, twice I was told I'd get a call back. I never did. Once call I was told :they're all standing out front, that's why they're not answering the phones " the final time I was on hold for what seemed like 30 minutes. I have never had a good experience with Napleton. I would rather drive 50 miles to another dealer. More

My husband and I were talking to the dealership about a dodge ram sport and made an appointment to see it, on Saturday morning we went on to show our daughter and then we realized the truck was sold. Prior to finding out it was sold we did their preapproval process and were told that it was a soft credit check but while my husband was talking to Mike from Kissimmee we both got notifications of a hard inquiry on our credit report. Fast forward to today (Monday) we called and said we are on our way to look at another vehicle a Dodge RamLaramie that was on their Clermont lot, we got there and test drove the vehicle and started the paperwork to buy it. While they got our trade in appraised and information we were then notified that the truck was sold. This happened while we were in the office buying the truck. They allowed someone online to buy it out from under us. We drove 1.5 hours and took off work to get this vehicle. The only thing we were told was “sorry”. This dealership does not care about their customers. They simple will see a vehicle out from under you! Avoid this dealership! More
