First James didn't buy a truck from us. James is an uncle of the purchaser. The purchaser bought a truck from us drove it home and had the truck for almost 2 months before his mother called about a tire problem. The man that made this review is the uncle. The actual buyer has never called us with ANY concerns. We received a call from the buyers mother after the buyer had the truck for a couple months and drove a few thousand miles. The mother sent us photo of completely trashed tires. This is the only thing we can agree on. In ALL my life i have never seen anything like this. It looked like someone had chiseled chucks out of the tires. I've never seen anything like it. What i can say is the mother of the buyer stated in her own words that her son was washing the mud off his truck when he noticed it. The second thing the mother told us was he work's for a land scape arrogation company. After many deliberation we the dealership agreed to give the buyer 3 tires and they pay for the fourth . we felt this was a reasonable resolution. The mother then started a conspiracy theory about us switching tires right after they bought the truck. We asked the mother if we supplied her with the video of the purchase showing her the truck was never touched as it was the exact way she purchased it would she apologize. This is when she went on a TIRADE because we could supply video PROOF her accusations were false. This is when she started using the N WORD! Still to this day we have never spoken to the buyer as he obviously knows what happen to his truck while in his possession. I'm not a rocket scientist but a young man in his 20's washing mud off his truck finds gouges in his tires obviously knows why. Anyone who would like to hear and see the video and phone recordings feel free to contact us. This is the craziest experience i have ever experienced in 25 years of the auto industry.

Just out of curiosity, why do you not respond to the ratings that are less than 5 stars? I also forgot to mention in the original post that the passenger rear seat belt doesnt work either. Cant take it anywhere as a family because 1 of the three kids cant buckle up. If i can unload this Edge soon, I will, not worth the $335 payment, or the $10k it was bought for.

Leeanna, Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience with the dealership, and we appreciate the compliments about our sales and service team. Our team strives for complete customer satisfaction 100% of the time. I have spoken with everyone involved here at the dealership to get a better understanding of what transpired with you. I am sorry that you had issues with the vehicle that occurred after the purchase. At the time you purchased the vehicle, it was in good working order. There was nothing put on a work order for us to do as part of the sale. You did receive a service contract (warranty) with the purchase of the vehicle that covers a defined set of repairs within a specified time-frame/mileage term. When you returned to us with the issue you had, we found that it was, unfortunately, not covered under the warranty, and also something we did not have the proper equipment to repair in house. I was told our service department then referred you to a couple other repair facilities that we work with, but they weren't able to do the work either, so you took it to a shop on your own where, I was told, they corrected the issue with the vehicle. Our team put forth every effort to get you taken care of; we just ran out of available options for us to use.
