A Thanksgiving fix that went well We have been using Conicelli Toyota for more than a decade (buying as well as servicing) and have been very appreciative of the excellent customer ser We have been using Conicelli Toyota for more than a decade (buying as well as servicing) and have been very appreciative of the excellent customer service as well as the servicing of our Toyota Avalons (we've had a 1996, a 2000, and currently have two 2006 Avalons). We often work with Bob Calhoun when we are checking in and checking out, and always know he will take good care of us and our cars. This Thanksgiving weekend was no exception, when our sons 2006 Avalon was having issues with his battery when he started to drive home from college. He replaced his battery, and after an hour of driving noticed the dashboard lights were dimming and by some grace was able to drive the remaining 20 minutes onto our street before the car lost the headlights as well. We were able to tow the car in on Wednesday afternoon, and Bob Calhoun, was able to squeeze our car in for a check up before the technician left for Thanksgiving, and was able to order the new alternator so the car could be serviced on Friday, so our son will be able to drive it back to college. Thank you Bob! And thank you to the technician who fixed it. We really appreciated this fix (we don't have many emergencies with our Toyota Avalons but it was nice to know we could rely on the Conicelli guys when we do! More

Great Toyota Service I really like getting my car, a 2008 Corolla, inspected and fixed here at Conicelli Toyota. I bought my car here and I get it fixed here. They explain I really like getting my car, a 2008 Corolla, inspected and fixed here at Conicelli Toyota. I bought my car here and I get it fixed here. They explain everything to be done and only fix what needs to be fixed. The price is fair and the service department reps and the mechanics are great at their jobs. I could go to a Toyota dealer closer to me but I would rather drive to Conicelli Toyota for known great work. More

Service Excellence I've been a long-time customer and I am never disappointed in the service or the people. Bob Calhoun (Orange Team) greets me like a friend, discussing my 'visit' to insure everything I need is documented and included on the service sheet. I usually wait for the service so it is so nice the have a friendly, comfortable and clean place to spend the wait time........which, by the way, is never more than expected! When completed, Bob speaks WITH me, not down to or at me. I am treated with respect and friendliness. I walk out of the place feeling 'important'.........something so very different from other services that are necessary in our daily lives. When I need to have service, for whatever reason, there is no stress or angst involved in the process. Everyone involved - admins, service reps, etc. - are exceptional. I cannot thank you enough for the superb experience............every time. PS - love my car! More

I had the misfortune of having my vehicle 2007 Toyota Camry totalled by a hit and run driver. However, from Ms. Mickey in the Collision body shop to Pete Papas in Finance allowed me a quick and smooth transition into my new vehicle. Always hesitant when shopping for a new vehicle however Pete was very friendly and never pushy. I am pleased with my new purchase and look forward to the continued superb I receive at the service department from Jesse Barksdale and Bob Calhoun. More

Exceptional Experience! I was nervous regarding my first scheduled maintenance secondary to a prior issue I had with the initial purchase, but Mr. Bucher and Mr. Schamerhorn I was nervous regarding my first scheduled maintenance secondary to a prior issue I had with the initial purchase, but Mr. Bucher and Mr. Schamerhorn took good care of my car :-). The facility is well equipped, comfortable, bright, clean and spacious. Mr. Bob Calhoun was exceptional! He came out to reassure me I was on target with my visit and scheduled maintenance. Bob explained what was done at the current visit as well as the plan for my next. He also set me up with my next appointment and explained I should call to move up the appointment if I hit the mileage early, even noting the information so I would not forget. Mr. Calhoun provided me with outstanding customer service and I left feeling confident in the service department. I am deeply appreciative. I am a registered nurse in a cancer center with a large extended family who I help care for. It is rare when I am graced with the care and compassion I try to give to others. The responsiveness of both the service and sales department is enough to keep me as a loyal customer if we continue to build upon positive experiences like this! More

Another excellent experience with Service section - Asst. Service Mgr. Bob Calhoun consistently pro-active with my car's needs and explains everything to my satisfaction.
