Absolutely loved the Impala, so they redid all of the paperwork, loan, registration, etc. and I actually ended up with a better deal than what I had with the Camaro! Very impressed with this dealership, Denise, Sam, and Bob! Highly recommend Sunnyside! More

Good & Bad Originally contacted the dealership, did an online application which was assigned to a sales person, I don't want to name names on this but this parti Originally contacted the dealership, did an online application which was assigned to a sales person, I don't want to name names on this but this particular sales person really did not seem to care to help me get the car i wanted. Fast forward a few days, i used the app CarGuru's and was able to get qualified for financing for the vehicle I wanted and submitted my info through CarGuru's to sunnyside and this time i was paired up with Denise Gurnack and literally was driving the car i wanted out of the dealership within 2 hours! Denise was absolutely amazing and actually cared and got me driving the car i wanted! She made sure i was happy with everything and answered any questions i had and even went out of her way to call my insurance agent to get them the info on the car to make the process a lot easier. Denise makes Sunnyside Chevy in Elyria a top notch dealership. I am very impressed and satisfied with the whole experience and will be referring friends and family to stop in and make sure they request Denise because she will get the job done. Denise is a priceless asset to Sunnyside Chevy and I hope they realize what they have in her. Thank you Denise for everything :) More
