Poor communication Didn’t keep me updated on backordered parts after they forgot to order the first time with no apology, Just said “those things happen.” Waited 4 month Didn’t keep me updated on backordered parts after they forgot to order the first time with no apology, Just said “those things happen.” Waited 4 months for parts only to find out they needed to order whole new item. They didn’t inform me of that when they called to tell me it was done. I’ve tried calling to find out how much longer I have to wait with no return call. Very poor customer service. More

Jessie and Scott are great I’m really happy Jessie is back, he makes the service department great. Scott is really good too, always helpful and friendly. I don’t care for Bob I’m really happy Jessie is back, he makes the service department great. Scott is really good too, always helpful and friendly. I don’t care for Bob very much always has to call you back when scheduling, appears to be lack of knowledge or ability to multitask. Bob is very nice but perhaps better suited to drive th courtesy van. More
