Robert aka Bob was fantastic from the day my car got there to the day it was completed, he kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle & he was very honest. The day I picked up my car I was even more impressed; everyone's had great customer service. Bryan assisted me in finding my car and Bob when I arrived, John L. at front desk was friendly and John Groves helped me get my car appraised, was very down to earth to find out about my next purchase and not once was pushy. I didn't expect that from a salesman, he even was courteous enough to purchase me a water. This car dealership earned my respect I will definitely be purchasing my next car here.
