the absolute worst - brought in for check engine light on and Bob Greenberg told me to my face - seemed happy doing it too - that i was out of warranty when in fact engine is still under warranty for over an and Bob Greenberg told me to my face - seemed happy doing it too - that i was out of warranty when in fact engine is still under warranty for over another year (without even looking it up) - even though I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE THERE (and others as well).. Hard to believe, (Found out it was still under warranty from the folks at Arrigo Margate - where they actually looked it up.) Then Greenberg/Sawgrass did not even look at my vehicle for days and unable to get in touch for status god forbid actually receive a call - never! Ultimately picked it up as nothing had been done for days and driving around with engine light on with my 6 y.o. thinking i am out of warranty. what a xxx. and he could not have been happier to tell me i was out of warranty - event though he was DEAD WRONG and endangered my family. This has been my experience with Grennberg and Arrigo sawgrass service for many many yrs now - i bought 3 Jeeps there so always tried to bring them there but never again - stuff like this has happened numerous times with these guys. Plus when i came to get the Jeep they could not find the key which was apparently locked in someone's toolbox that was not there. What a xxxxshow. The absolute worst service i have ever experienced anywhere in any setting for anything. If it would let me put zero stars I'd put zero stars. More
