I asked them to check my battery when I came in to have the recall done. They said my battery was still under warranty, and if there was anything they would change it out. The told me and gave me a whole the recall done. They said my battery was still under warranty, and if there was anything they would change it out. The told me and gave me a whole video of everything. This was Monday December 29 2025. On January 4, 2026 just under a week later, I went to my car in the morning and my car wouldn’t start. I had to go to work and YOUR PLACE was not open. I had to go and buy a battery on my own. Otherwise, it would not have been able to work, and I couldn’t take another day off of work in order to go replace the battery. I don’t know why this happened, and cost me money when it should’ve been replaced apparently they may have not done enough testing so now I’m out of all that money when it should’ve been taken care of when I came in. You shouldn’t reimburse me for the battery in my opinion, it would be the right thing to do More
