Positively the best experience! The sales rep. and general manager made my car buying experience a pleasure. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. Collaborative buying experience! Professional sales people know that they are working with their customers to solve a customer problem. I felt like we were treated in exactly that wa Professional sales people know that they are working with their customers to solve a customer problem. I felt like we were treated in exactly that way during the entire process. No pressure, just possibilities. No hassle, just help. Bob and Kat worked as a team on this sale, and there was no sense of competition between them. They were both focused on getting us happily in a car that meets all our needs. Great job all around. Amazing!! I bought my last new car 17 years ago. I had been procrastinating buying a new car because of the dealer "hassle" I was anticipating. I decided I wa I bought my last new car 17 years ago. I had been procrastinating buying a new car because of the dealer "hassle" I was anticipating. I decided I wanted the CX5, picked Gladstone because of the location, and went on in. Bob Greig was my sales person and he was so nice. Extremely informed about the Sport, Touring and Grand Touring. I knew I wanted the CX5 but did not know many details on what each model offered. My test drive lasted at least a half hour and really allowed me the chance to get a feel for the car. Went back to the dealership, made an offer, and with no haggling, we came to an agreeable price. The package I wanted, was not on the lot in the color I chose. No problem...we will get it for you. 6 hours later I get a call it is there and will be ready for me the next morning. Bob came in on his day off to personally show me how to operate all those "extra's" my 17 year old car never dreamed of having! Financing was easy, great interest rates, and everyone there was very helpful and friendly. I am now driving my beautiful new CX5,and loving it!!! More

Love Lynn, Bob and everyone including finance! I was looking for a new Mazda CX-5 and I contacted Lynn from a previous Mazda my mom had bought. Lynn took care of us, got us a great deal, beautiful I was looking for a new Mazda CX-5 and I contacted Lynn from a previous Mazda my mom had bought. Lynn took care of us, got us a great deal, beautiful new car and was always available to help when needed. Finance was great as well, we were Costco members and they have a program there that lowers your interest by 1% They also are not pushy at all and review many options to choose from when financing. We knew a monthly price we could afford and they made it happen! Thank you all for your help, we love our new car and appreciate everything you all did! More

Easy purchase, good value I did my research and found the car I knew I wanted to buy: a Mazda CX-5 Touring Edition. There are 6 Mazda dealerships within an hours drive of me. I I did my research and found the car I knew I wanted to buy: a Mazda CX-5 Touring Edition. There are 6 Mazda dealerships within an hours drive of me. I did my research and found out the dealership purchase cost and markup, so I knew what was fair and what the boundaries were for a no-deal. Dealers aren't going to give away the car, after all. I test drove at one dealership, and then sought competitive bids from all six dealers in my area through the online quote system. I'll just say the quotes varied widely, MSRP varied by over $3,000 from lower starting bid to highest. I used the online system to make my deal. Some dealerships had a very weak online presence and didn't know how to communicate the specifics of a deal through email, they just wanted my body in the showroom. Others were like a first date; awkward and terse exchanges, not really sure where you stand on the deal. With Mazda Gladstone, I had a great online negotiation. Having had deals in hand from a few dealers and doing the online research on what the bottom line was for the dealership, I knew the cards I could play. But Gladstone of course knew the cards too, and we got down to a good, fair deal in about 3 email exchanges. I have to give credit to Chad in the online sales department, he made me feel comfortable and locked down the specifics for me quickly. Chad gets an A+ for pulling me in. When I got to the dealership my dealer Bob was out on a call, but I didn't have to wait long. He had called me when I was arranging the purchase and I knew I was in good hands. I had already secured financing but this dealer isn't able to do indirect lending, a negative for me because I had already secured lending through my credit union. I decided to proceed with the purchase anyway. Bob, my sales associate, was great. He took the time to show me the specifics of the vehicle that I wasn't able to research online. He made it a personable purchase experience, which up to that point was totally online. I honestly liked the guy and enjoyed talking with him about the car. He was the personal connection that made the buying experience for me. I worked with Nathan (I think that's his name) to make the deal on paper. We talked about the current warranty, sign here, sign there. He tried to sell me the extended warranty and almost convinced me. Good salesman, I'd be wary trying to negotiate with him on an empty stomach. He knows his stuff. It was a few months of personal work figuring out what car to get. It was a few days worth of time sending email blasts to dealers to get conversations started. Once I landed on Mazda Gladstone, it was about an hours worth of time through calls and email to set up the purchase, and then just under 3 hours from arriving at the dealership to pulling off in my new car. After that, zoom zoom. I was off. The leather steering column feels great. The pickup is smooth and fast. I feel good about the purchase, no regrets. If you are looking for a Mazda in the Portland Metro region (or even Bend or Salem), look to these folks. They are quite competitive and good to work with. More

Nice people to work with Although I ultimately did not purchase a new vehicle with them, I would highly recommend checking out Mazda of Gladstone. Both Bob and Alex took time to get to know my family and needs. They explained in detail the car I was interested in and Alex even helped install my carseat when we took a test drive. They are honest and courteous and the follow up was stellar. Great customer service. I ended up purchasing a different brand vehicle (met my budget more comfortably), but if you are in the market for a Mazda, definitely stop here! More

Used CX-5 purchase I had been looking for a used CX-5 online and spotted the one they had. It looked perfect but was a higher trim level than I had been wanting. But t I had been looking for a used CX-5 online and spotted the one they had. It looked perfect but was a higher trim level than I had been wanting. But the mileage was low so I emailed the dealer. Lynn contacted me back right away. I told her I wasn't available by phone so she emailed me several pictures and even a video of the interior and exterior which was really helpful. We made an appointment for the following day. She told us she would not be in but put us in touch with her partner Bob. He met us when we arrived and took us on a fabulous test drive through some gorgeous countryside that allowed us to really put the vehicle to the test. Lynn followed up with us by phone when she got back in the office a few days later to make sure it all went smoothly. All in all, a great experience. More
