This is my 5 new car purchase and 6 purchase overall from this dealership. One thing keeps me coming back- the people. And right now the person left that I’ve had as a constant is Bob Guckert. He is truly th this dealership. One thing keeps me coming back- the people. And right now the person left that I’ve had as a constant is Bob Guckert. He is truly the best salesperson and human I’m ever had the pleasure of working with. In fact because of Bob, I bought my car from Germain even though I live in SC now. I can’t imagine buying a car from anyone other than Bob and a Volvo More

I rarely write reviews, but thought this one was necessary. I came into the dealership with a big problem with my existing lease of another brand, and from the moment I asked for assistance, everyon necessary. I came into the dealership with a big problem with my existing lease of another brand, and from the moment I asked for assistance, everyone from reception up to the dealership manager, Brandon Collins, were gracious, helpful, responsive, and invested in helping me find a reasonable solution. I ultimately purchased another car from this dealership as a result. My salesperson, Bob Guckert, was equally helpful. Not only well-versed in Volvo products, detail oriented, and patient, he helped me move through selection, financing and delivery process cheerfully and efficiently and went over and above to make sure that I had what I needed. I am very grateful for how my situation was handled from the top down and would highly recommend Germain Volvo. More
