I ultimately purchased another car from this dealership as a result. My salesperson, Bob Guckert, was equally helpful. Not only well-versed in Volvo products, detail oriented, and patient, he helped me move through selection, financing and delivery process cheerfully and efficiently and went over and above to make sure that I had what I needed.
