I had a fantastic experience at Bethlehem Ford!! Courtney is a wonderful salesperson!! Very professional and thorough. I wasn’t prepared to make a purchase the day of the test drive but she made sure to foll is a wonderful salesperson!! Very professional and thorough. I wasn’t prepared to make a purchase the day of the test drive but she made sure to follow up with me daily along with Geoff the general manager and without being pushy at all. On the day I picked up my new truck they all made sure the process was as easy as possible. Justin the financing manager made sure to throughly explain everything to me and made that process a breeze. Courtney gave me a tour of the service department and introduced me to the reps and even made sure to follow up with me the following day to make sure I didn’t have any questions after having the truck for a day. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her and Bethlehem Ford to anyone looking for a new Ford or a used vehicle!! More
