I went in for oil change &tire balance and rotate. When I got in the car to leave it was making a terrible sound. I turned around and went back. The lug nuts on the drivers side back tire were all loo When I got in the car to leave it was making a terrible sound. I turned around and went back. The lug nuts on the drivers side back tire were all loose, I could turn them with my fingers. I was shocked and thankful I or someone else wasn't hurt. This was neglect on the technique who worked on my car and totally unacceptable. More
