I left a voicemail for my preferred advisor with no response. Called and made appointment which was easy enough. Didn’t receive call when car was ready. Called to check on car and was told it was ready response. Called and made appointment which was easy enough. Didn’t receive call when car was ready. Called to check on car and was told it was ready. Went to pick up and was asked if someone had called to tell me it was ready? xxx! It was almost like I had bothered him and showed up without being notified. Still no interaction with my preferred advisor. I made an appointment and the car was dropped on Thursday night and no notification of it being ready by 2:30 for routine maintenance, no surprises. Providing friendly customer service should always be a given and not a disappointing expectation. More
