Chris Tompson was my advisor again. I was in a few weeks earlier and some good work done on my truck. Whenever Chris would tell me about this or that suggested maintenance item, I kne I was in a few weeks earlier and some good work done on my truck. Whenever Chris would tell me about this or that suggested maintenance item, I knew he was telling me the truth. Sometimes his advice would actually support what I was hearing on the Internet. Bob was great as usual. Had the tires on my F-250 rotated and the technician let me observe how to relearn the TPMS system so I can do it myself in my shop next time. Brought my F150 for a transmission issue with the R1080. At the first appointment they had someone ride along and we rode around town until the truck exhibited the symptoms. He then turned me over to the sc At the first appointment they had someone ride along and we rode around town until the truck exhibited the symptoms. He then turned me over to the scheduler to make an appointment for transmission diagnostic. I had read horror stories online about how long this can take, so I wasn't hopeful. Long story short, after about a week I checked back to see where I was in the queue and talked to my service advisor. He had the transmission tech come up and he showed me the whole process, the likely problems and how they would fix it. My truck was still under CPO drivetrain warranty so I wasnt concerned about cost.I was promised a date about a week out and they finished a day early. The whole process was made as painless as possible through good communication with my service advisor and technician. The whole process took about 2 weeks and my truck runs and shifts like new again! More
