Bob has been a service advisor for 27 years, 8 of which have been with Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. He is dedicated to providing his clients with top notch service, and has been awarded Mercedes-Benz’ Master certification status. Throughout his career he has also been awarded with many manufacturer certifications and honors. Bob has been married for 31 years, and has 3 grandchildren which he loves spending time with. When Bob is not at work, he enjoys fishing and teaches Sunday School at his local church.

PURCHASE OF 2014 ML 350 REGARDING PURCHASE OF 2014 ML 350 4MATIC 16 MAY 2014 FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF CINCINNATI Short answer is that my wife and I are very pleased with the REGARDING PURCHASE OF 2014 ML 350 4MATIC 16 MAY 2014 FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF CINCINNATI Short answer is that my wife and I are very pleased with the manner and purchase process that we experienced at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati (Cincy MB). An organization is defined, I believe, by the reputation and image projected to the public. From the Buyer’s perspective, continuity of employment, maintenance of knowledge capital, and ease of doing business with a trustworthy agent is paramount. The Buyer seeks familiar faces that he/she trusts to advise him/her about selections and/or solutions to issues in product fit and vehicle maintenance over the life his/her ownership. From our perspective, Cincy MB epitomizes this definition. We had previously (2007) purchased a vehicle from Cincy MB and had seven years of experience with the organization. Unlike other dealerships that we have dealt with where we experienced constant employee turnover, we remained in contact with the same personnel (Zach, our Salesperson), and Bob (our Serviceperson). They consistently met our service expectations and were pro-active in many instances over the years of checking on our driving experience-I e that personal touch. Our latest purchase of a 2014 ML 350 at Cincy MB was consummated because of our experience as outlined above. I enjoy working with Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. This is the second Benz I have purchased from Zach and have had nothing but great service experiences with Bob. I actually live closer to the West Cheste is the second Benz I have purchased from Zach and have had nothing but great service experiences with Bob. I actually live closer to the West Chester dealership, but prefer the attention, accessibility, scheduling, service, and pricing I get at Cincinnati. The sales experience was quick, effortless, and pleasant. I am in love with my new chocolate all wheel drive 300 sedan and I love the people that keep me going. More

I love dealing with MB of Cinn. There is never any pressure during the sales process. My wife is pretty hard to deal with when buying a new car and Zach was great and was very patient working with her pressure during the sales process. Charlene keeps both our Mercedes in top working order. And while I am usually in a hurry to get going when I drop my car off for service, she always takes time to explain what needs to be done and answer my questions. More
