Bob is a highly attentive sales professional that knows his Lexus line inside and out and also people. I am also a sales professional and its great to be treated well by a peer. It was a very productive experience and when some very small items went off the rails he worked to quickly solve these microscopic issues and help Lexus of Wayzata and the L-Certified process 100%.
