Low pressure experience I have shopped at many dealers over the years but honestly Mel Hambelton and my salesman Bob Kisner were the best. I was able to look around the lot w I have shopped at many dealers over the years but honestly Mel Hambelton and my salesman Bob Kisner were the best. I was able to look around the lot when I first arrived without being followed or attacked by salespeople. When I went to speak to Bob it got even better. For once somebody asked me what I wanted. We searched his inventory and then went on a test drive. It was a very simple and straight forward process and that was a big reason I decided to buy right then. The business office was also very low pressure and they got me the price and payment I wanted with no back and forth nonsense. More

Bought a used 2014 Hyundai Veloster I had my eye on this Hyundai on auto trader and went to look at it. I ended up with bob, who was very nice. I just wanted to look the first day. I bro I had my eye on this Hyundai on auto trader and went to look at it. I ended up with bob, who was very nice. I just wanted to look the first day. I brought my dad back 2 days later to help me finalize the deal. Bob first offered a deal that was way out of my price range. We then worked to get the number low enough and he was able to do that. I ended up landing a great warranty for an awesome price as well. I believe that if I have any problems in the future, bob will take care of me. Great experience at Mel Hamilton! More

very fair Bob Kisner is a very fair man. No pressure. I told Bob about my situation and what I could do and not do. Bob took the bull by the horns and that sam Bob Kisner is a very fair man. No pressure. I told Bob about my situation and what I could do and not do. Bob took the bull by the horns and that same day, my wife and I drove 300 miles back home in a new 2017 Ford escape. My wife and I have been trying to get a different vehicle [used] for 7 mos, we had tried 8 other Dealerships to no avail. 7 mos. of struggling and yet within two and a half hours Bob had us in a brand new vehicle at a payment and price that we could afford and it was new, not used. Casey Bramlett in Finance, explained everything to us and had us in and out in no time. Mel Hambelton should be your first stop when buying a vehicle. Thank you so much Bob and Casey.
