Drove quite a ways for the vehicle, truck was not clean, had a significant dent in the roof and the windshield had cracks in it on a certified pre owned vehicle. . They did work with us on price, and fixed the issues but it would have been nice to have been dealt with before we arrived. We scheduled the appointment 2 days prior. Had to wait about 6 hours for the truck to get cleaned and detailed (remove the Burger King wrappers, vacuum it and wash it) after I was told it would be ready by the time I got there. The staff was friendly, the finance manager was excellent, but the long wait and fact that some items were missed and we had to wait a significant amount of time was less than ideal. More
