Mercedes-Benz of Cary responded

We apologized to our customer for realizing we had made a mistake that caused us to ask her to return to the dealership to lower her "down payment" and her "monthly payment". It was a mistake caused by new software we had introduced. The salesman then sent flowers as an apology that the customer regarded as an insult. We are not happy that we failed to meet our expectations and the expectations of our customer. I personally responded to the customers email but the initial mistake was not excusable. We are just glad we caught the error and were able to correct the numbers. Peter Hampson General Manager
