Great!!! Smartcar Search?? I was searching for a smartcar for my brother, when I located one at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I called Bob McGuire and he walked me t Smartcar Search?? I was searching for a smartcar for my brother, when I located one at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I called Bob McGuire and he walked me through the process, the loan application, and approval. I drove from Columbia, S.C. , and got lost in Cary when the GPS signals dropped. Bob came to where I was and lead me to the dealership. The deal began on Monday and I was signing the papers on Wednesday. My brother picked his car up and has been grinning every since. The service is great, they are very helpful, and willing to walk you through every step of the way. That kind of service is unheard of now days! More

Bob McGuire is awesome I have purchased two vehicles from Bob McGuire in the last couple of years. The first was my first European car. I got there late one night and Bob I have purchased two vehicles from Bob McGuire in the last couple of years. The first was my first European car. I got there late one night and Bob was nice enough to take time to let me test drive several cars. I settled on an E-550. He stayed late past closing to make sure I got all the time I needed to test drive and ask questions. Then a couple of months ago as I was taking my E-550 in for scheduled service, I noticed this awesome looking Jaguar XK-R convertible sitting out front. I asked Bob about it, took it for a ride and then told Bob I would like to buy it. He said no problem, I filled out a short form and went to lunch with my wife. An hour later I came back, signed paperwork and drove my new to me Jaguar home. All I can say is that Bob McGuire and Mercedes-Benz of Cary have been awesome to deal with. From sales to service, they are always top notch. More

Great Buying Experience It was time for my wife to trade in her well used car for a new one. We were shopping around for a new luxury car. After trying several makes and mode It was time for my wife to trade in her well used car for a new one. We were shopping around for a new luxury car. After trying several makes and models at various dealerships, we ended up at Mercedes Benz of Cary. My wife knew from the time that she sat in the 2016 GLA250 and took it out for a test drive, that we would be taking it home. The best part of the whole buying experience was being helped by a Sales Consultant named Bob McGuire. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease around an automobile salesman than I did with Bob. He has the kind of personality that just makes you forget that you are buying a car. He is very knowledgeable about his job, and I got the feeling there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. In fact, we asked so many questions and he never seemed to tire answering them. It’s hard to say that you have fond memories about your buying experience at any automobile dealership, but this is one I can say we definitely do. I can only hope that the next person who steps through the doors of MBoC will have the pleasure of dealing with Bob McGuire. I hope you see this Bob. We were just admiring a 2015 GL450 on a snowy afternoon when Bob McGuire approached us. He asked if we were interested in buying a car, we said possibly. We then asked if David Burr was still working. His reply was Yes. We visited the dealership the next day and we met David. Bob, thank you for being so professional and greeting us on such a snowy day. Our experience with David in 2009 was so good we knew we would be in good hands again. David is a first-class professional. He is so knowledgeable about Mercedes cars and never hesitates when you ask him a question. My first time purchasing a Mercedes Benz I had spoken with Bob Mcquire many times over the telephone and via e-mail. When I first arrived at the dealership I was very nice. Every one was so I had spoken with Bob Mcquire many times over the telephone and via e-mail. When I first arrived at the dealership I was very nice. Every one was so friendly Bob was finishing a sale so my husband waited in the lounge. Then came Bob, I felt that I knew him we hit it off really great. The car was waiting for us and all we had to was the paper work. I had financed through the Pentagon Federal Credit union, but later decided to go through MB because the rate was the same. PenFed was so hard to deal with even after they had approved the loan. I want to give s heartfelt Thank you to Bob and Wm Ball for their work. They stayed and help us even after the dealership had closed. We could not have purchased a car without them. We drove home in our new car. More

From the initial inquiry until the last signature signed, everything went so smoothly. Chris Newman was our salesman and Jonathan Glass did the paperwork. Then today Bob McGuire called to be sure everything was going smoothly and invited me to come over any time if I had any questions. These guys go beyond what is expected to make the buying experience a pleasure. By the way I do love my GLA 250!! More

Straight forward, no hassle I walked into the dealership having done my homework, knowing what I wanted and approximately how much I wanted to pay for a 2012 E 350. To my surpris I walked into the dealership having done my homework, knowing what I wanted and approximately how much I wanted to pay for a 2012 E 350. To my surprise exactly what I wanted was sitting on the showroom floor with a big year end ribbon on it! Bob McGuire met me at the door, introduced himself and walked me through several options with no pressure. i told him I would think about it overnight and would probably call or email with an offer overnight. I emailed him with an offer that was pretty much accepted by return email and I picked the car up the next day. The delivery too was a pleasant experience. A great salesman at a great dealer! More
