I have owned 3 Chevy Vehicles in a row (s-10, silverado ext cab, silverado crew cab in that order) as company vehicles. I was thrilled with the performance of the Ram and i started to talk to dealers locally here in Cedar Rapids, IA. My brother from Des Moines area suggested checking with Des Moines dealers after i was not being treated seriously in my search for a replacement. I saw Stew Hansens dealership come up on the internet and i was happily shocked by the sheer number of Ram trucks sitting on their lot. I reached out to their internet division after seeing extremely competitive pricing listed. I was contacted by an extremely professional and very respectful sales manager who listened to what i was looking for. Bob McKeehan was fantastic to deal with. In fact he has turned a painful and difficult process for me, into a wonderful process which i really enjoyed. He pricing was excellent, but he exceeded every expectation i had. From the intitial conversation on the phone, to the fantastic walkthru on the vehicle features. He was nice enought to setup all the initial UConnect settings, walk me thru the voice training, and connect my phone. At the end of the day, i know with confidence that when i look for my next vehicle (personal or company) Bob will be my first call. More

The detailed information he was able to give me made me feel very confident that the drive to Urbandale would be worth it. Upon arrival, I was impressed by Jerry's professionalism and courteousness. He is very personable and has a refreshing, laid back approach to sales. At no time did I feel pressured to make a deal that I wasn't comfortable with. Jerry is a straight shooter and did not resort to amateur sales tactics to make the sale. Everyone I had contact with at Stew Hansen's Dodge City was professional and courteous. The sales staff, business managers, finance managers, right down to the detail guys were top-notch. It was a pleasure to make the trip to Urbandale and work with the people at Stew Hansen's.
