My salesman was John Lucky and he was great. I was on an unexpected car search two weeks before Christmas and called around, did a bunch of research online and just cannot find what I wanted. Immediately felt comfortable speaking to him and came to the dealership the next evening to see him and the car in person. Finally the NX 350 in the interior color i was looking for and fell in love. John came in the next day (Christmas Eve) on his day off and i was very happy with my service, it was such a smooth process and i love my purchase.
