Why a Ford Focus is better than a Toyota Camry A few days ago I stopped by Ford of Londonderry to look at a 2016 Ford Focus on my daughter's recommendation. I was lucky enough to get Bob Morissett A few days ago I stopped by Ford of Londonderry to look at a 2016 Ford Focus on my daughter's recommendation. I was lucky enough to get Bob Morissette as my sales expert. He listened to what I was looking for as I considered replacing my 13-year old Camry, and features that were important and not as important to me. We went on a test drive, and that was when I became seriously impressed with the Ford Focus. My Camry has always had rather soft brakes, very poor headlights, and it came with poor grade tires that lasted just beyond twelve months so that they were no longer covered by the warranty. It was comfortable and fairly economical to drive. Now Toyota has upgraded the Corolla with high tech features, but the Camry has not changed much except for body shape in the past twenty years. In comparison, the Ford Focus has edgy brakes, excellent headlights, rear-view camera in reverse, cell phone sync, a digital key pad if you lock your keys in the car, and too many more features to list. It is also comfortable, economical to run, affordable and reliable, and it has an excellent set of Michelin tires. It also has a trunk large enough to hold a small horse that expands into the rear seats across the whole width of the vehicle. The Camry trunk is reasonably roomy but it has a narrow opening into the rear seats which restricts the size of cargo. However, preferences in a car are a very individual thing, but where Ford of Londonderry won hands down over Autofair Toyota was in the courteous and informative attention of Bob Morissette. He answered all my questions fully and didn't make me feel foolish for asking them. He didn't pressure me into my decision to purchase and he worked to find a way to make it affordable for me. I highly recommend Bob to anyone looking at a new car purchase. More

Going the extra mile We knew the vehicle we wanted and my husband called to see if there was a metallic 2016 Expedition in stock. There was not but Roger located one and had it brought up from MA and by that same afternoon we took it for a test drive and that sealed the deal. It spoke volumes that Roger didn't hesitate to make things happen right away. Very helpful and accommodating. The next morning we were back to finish the deal and Chuck was so helpful. Everything was professional and super efficient. Bob took it from there and patiently and thoroughly explained the vehicle and all the technology, and answered all our questions. The whole car buying experience was unlike any I've ever experienced. Positive in all aspects and very satisfied. Thank you Londonderry Ford! More

I loved the car and I had heard great things about Londonderry Ford s I drove a 2006 ford fusion for about a year until it was totaled in an accident. I loved the car and I had heard great things about Londonderry Ford so decided to drive over. Looked at a few things but saw a 2012 fusion that caught my attention. Bob Morrissette was with us talking so I asked for the keys. He brought them out i started browsing through the car and then we went on the test drive. Loved this one too so we did the financial stuff everything worked out and I drove it home 2 days after. Bob was great and anyone else I dealt with was awesome. I'm looking forward to keeping my car serviced here as well and any other time I need a car I know where I'll be going. Thank you Bob and thank you Ford of Londonderry! More
