Chris in Internet sales efficiently confirmed they had the truck, quoted me a price, and set up the test drive. He handed me over to salesman Bob Morisette, who was polite and respectful, even when I pushed to get the deal I was looking for. Bob was thorough in explaining everything to me and understood when I was looking to get going and sped things up to make it happen. Roger the sales manager was patient and worked hard to get my trade to work. He even got the owner of the Company to get second look. Chuck was easy to deal with in finance and there was no pressure at all. I have no prior experience with Londonderry Ford, nor do I know anyone who has. They have a great web site, selection of vehicles and atmosphere. I would highly recommend them based on my recent experience because I felt comfortable the entire time. Best car buying experience I recently had visited two other ford dealers in the area before trying Londonderry Ford. I met with Bob Morissette after speaking with Terry in internet sales. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle I was interested in was pulled right up front ready for a test drive. After my test drive they valued my trade and we agreed on a fair deal. I informed them that I was in a bit of a time crunch as my wife had to get our kids off of the school bus in 2 1/2 hrs. I was out the door driving my new truck within two hours and we made it home to meet the bus. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Ford of Londonderry to a friend.
