now 6 months later - snow is melted - YAY noticed a missing bolt in tailgate (from install of bedliner, I'm guessing)...big production, here in CT...2 months, 4 UNRETURNED phone calls and 4 trips to dealer "COLONIAL FORD" Danbury, CT> Well, a quick call to Bob....shoot me a photo....next day, the bolt is comin' at ya in today's mail > yes a small matter...but it proves two things, Bob's interest did not stop when I walked out, keys in hand in January 2015....and Bob took the lead. He could have very easily said this is a service matter and handed me off to the service dept Things like this will make me a repeat customer
