Absolutely the worst dealer experience i ever had. I tried paying for a 36k car cash and they wouldn't do the deal at full price. They wanted me to finance it! After 5 weeks since my RDX has been returned, it appears that the electrical issue has been resolved thanks to Bob Nigra putting my car in good hands. Both John and Dan from the Service Department thoroughl that the electrical issue has been resolved thanks to Bob Nigra putting my car in good hands. Both John and Dan from the Service Department thoroughly went over all the electrical units that control keyless entry and the alarm. John (gave me his direct phone line) kept me updated over the weeks that my car was in the shop. These are very pleasant and patient people to deal with and confident that Acura and Honda products can be restored to factory specs. More
