Very transparent during the sales process. I'm not into going back and forth. I'm all about not screwing around and getting a deal done. Not to many great sales guys left these days, but he has been there for years which is very uncommon and shows how good he really is. The dealership as a whole has done some nice upgrades over the past couple of years which is also a huge plus getting your vehicle serviced post sale. Keep up the good work Toyota of Tampa Bay! More

Long day but WELL worth it It was time to upgrade to a mini van. I'm only 32 and didn't want a plane van. My wife and I opted for the Toyota Sienna SE. We want one with a DVD pl It was time to upgrade to a mini van. I'm only 32 and didn't want a plane van. My wife and I opted for the Toyota Sienna SE. We want one with a DVD player for the kids that was a must. The first one we saw didn't have it but it was the color we wanted. The other was a premium SE white in color. We worked a deal up on that one but couldn't get the payments right. They said lets go back to the other one you wanted and let's add a DVD player and tv in it. SOLD!!!! Mark C. and Bob N. I stumbled upon the Scion IM (car of my dreams) while picking up my license plate that just so happened to be at the Toyota of Tampa Bay collision center. Everyone working at this dealership was extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful towards me and my family. They listened to my expectations and needs, and helped me get back into a great (if not better) vehicle that day! I had been to 3-4 other dealerships (some 10x dirtier and not so friendly) with 0 luck and was so taken aback by the excellent service/understanding I received at TTB.
