I took my Accord here in December 2022 for an A1 service; oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated and I know this for a fact b

I took my Accord here in December 2022 for an A1 service; oil change and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated and I know this for a fact because one of my rims had a repair and I am the only one that knows which one it is. Another wheel has a different valve cap than the other three. Both wheels were in the same spot as when I brought the car in. I also found the oil dipstick not properly inserted and the washer fluid cap not secure. Think you can trust them for a transmission fluid service or something more involved? Not me, never again!!

My oil change was a simple maintenance item and very
simple to have the service done at Honda. Just check in, couple of quick questions and "see you in an hour" and that was it. Had a McMuffin and a cup
