I wish you could clone your dealership and have one within 10 miles of every home in the United States… And I am not kidding. I have always been amazed at the professionalism, courtesy, going the extra within 10 miles of every home in the United States… And I am not kidding. I have always been amazed at the professionalism, courtesy, going the extra mile for the customer, and making the whole experience as pleasant as possible. You guys have it knocked. Go else where, they add LoJack to every car prior to selling and force the LoJack into the sale. After agreeing to a better price, I accepted and it didn’t work. Spent the next week trying to figure it selling and force the LoJack into the sale. After agreeing to a better price, I accepted and it didn’t work. Spent the next week trying to figure it out. Hours of calls with spire on who advised me to take it back to the dealer. Upon dealer inspection at stated they didn’t know what was wrong. So neither spireon nor dealer yet it was paid for. Horrible. After a weeks worth of overwhelming back and forth I was explaining to Chung Kang the situation and how I didn’t want it in the first place; his response was that I could always go somewhere else and not buy their vehicle. Unbelievable. Way to make a customer want to return. I don’t u ser stand how they have this guy as a “sales manager.” That pretty much sums up the experience at this place. Others were helpful like Jeff Youkhana and Bob from service but unfortunately Chung took the win for allowing the worst experience. More
