This team is responsive! I have a leased Explorer my husband has an F-450. Morgan helped me get into my lease. I LOVE my Explorer. He was ALWAYS responsive to calls and emails I have a leased Explorer my husband has an F-450. Morgan helped me get into my lease. I LOVE my Explorer. He was ALWAYS responsive to calls and emails. No matter what my question was he got back to me. The service department is top notch, my husband is picky about who works on his truck but he is comfortable at Kistler. The staff there is always helpful no matter when I walk in and who I talk to. They make it comfortable to walk into a dealership/service department. More

First time Kistler customers My wife and I had not shopped at Kistler Ford before but they had a couple of Ford Edge models that we were interested in looking at further. Morgan' My wife and I had not shopped at Kistler Ford before but they had a couple of Ford Edge models that we were interested in looking at further. Morgan's knowledge of the vehicle was spot on and he had answers for all of our questions. We were just investigating the vehicle but it was a perfect fit for us and we couldn't argue with the price. After 1000 miles, we still enjoy the Edge and our experience at Kistler Ford. More

Deceptive & Terrible Customer Service The Sales Process: After being contacted by the dealership to turn in my lease early, I called the dealership with one month to go on my lease and The Sales Process: After being contacted by the dealership to turn in my lease early, I called the dealership with one month to go on my lease and was told that I qualify for the Early Bird Program. I was interested in moving forward and found a car on the lot. After speaking with a sales person, I was quoted a payment on the phone. I called back and questioned the low payment and requested the salesperson verify we were both talking about the same car. I was assured by the sales person that it was because of the rebates that Ford had going on at the time. When I arrived at the dealership to sign the lease I was told by the manager that the sales person had made a mistake and didn't include the necessary taxes etc. Despite my frustration with the misinformation I had received, I decided to move forward because mistakes happen. However, last week I received another unexpected surprise. I was mailed a notice of a missed payment from Ford Credit on the vehicle that I turned in. Ford Credit informed me that vehicle paperwork indicated that this was an early termination and I owed the payment. This was never disclosed by the dealer. During the sales pitch, I was 100% under the impression that I was participating in the early bird termination program as that is what I had discussed with the salesperson. At no time did anyone tell me that I was simply terminating my lease early and would owe my last months payment. Of course, if they had told me that was "the deal" then I would have held on to my car for another month. There was no reason for me to turn in the vehicle early and pay two car payments. Customer Service: I called the dealership and talked to their finance department. They referred me to Bob Rogers. Bob admitted that they should have disclosed that it was an early termination but there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. Basically, I was stuck paying two car monthly payments. Bob promised he would discuss this matter with his managers. He did not return my call for several days. I called him again and left a message. Maxwell Ohnezeit returned my phone call and said the best he could do to remedy the situation was to put a full tank of gas in my car... As someone who is both in sales and customer service, I am truly appalled my experience at this dealership. Frankly, the sales people at this dealership withheld information to make the sale that day. Service Department: On a side note, their service department is as disorganized as their sales department. Prior to turning in my lease I had some work done on my lease. Despite making an appointment (once by phone and once in person), I was not on their list of customers expected to show up. The first time they sent me home and rescheduled. The second time they were able to squeeze me in once I complained about this having had happened previously. More
