I have been going to this Honda dealership for service on my vehicle for over 6 years. Up till now, I have had an extremely professional and valuable experience. I have done all the scheduled maintenance and my vehicle for over 6 years. Up till now, I have had an extremely professional and valuable experience. I have done all the scheduled maintenance and the Honda recommended maintenance, paying the extra for the dealership warranty. So, I have spent thousands of dollars repairing my vehicle that is now not worth that. In 2019, it was recommended by Honda to change my spark plugs and some other items on the car. I follow through with most of their recommendations that time. In July 2021, there was another recommendation to change a spark plug and coil (#2), which I reluctantly did. In January 2022, spark plug and coil (#2) blew up in my car. This was within the 12 month and 12,000 mile warranty. The spark plug and coil that they replaced a few months prior blew out again. This totals to about $1600 on spark plugs and this spark plug issue. . . The warranty was not honored as the service manager, citing that the thread on the spark plug is what broke, not the parts replaced. A costly repair that they won't warranty likely caused by the labor on the previous repair that they won't warranty, makes me doubt the Suburban brand all together. Why pay extra for dealership repairs from Suburban Honda if they do not honor their warranty? Thank you for the loner car on Day 2 and Day 3 much appreciated, but not having a car available on Day 1 was rough but understandable. More

Patrick Wilson and Bob Spurgeon were very helpful to me at service. They both provided A+ service! My sensors on my Honda Accord were not working properly. I called Bob on Friday around 5:30 pm, before t at service. They both provided A+ service! My sensors on my Honda Accord were not working properly. I called Bob on Friday around 5:30 pm, before they were closed for the day. I got his voicemail, and left a message, and he called me 2 minutes later and set up an appointment on Monday. When I arrived Monday, Patrick took care of me, and as soon as I got the diagnostic about my car, he explained everything thoroughly. He made sure I got a complementary ride home as they needed a part to be ordered, and were going to be able to get to it the next morning. As soon as the job was done, Patrick called me and even offered to have my car delivered to my house if more convenient for me. I was able to get a ride, and picked up the car in person, and I personally thanked Patrick and Bob in person for their help. Going forward I know that for oil changes, or any other maintenance issues for my car, I will be coming back to Suburban Honda for all my service. They made me feel very important, and my customer experience was top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone! More

Great Experience All the Way! My husband and I had been car shopping for several days and had been to multiple dealers of different brands. All the dealers were similar..."What will it take to get you into this new car?" We weren't there to purchase that day, just doing our homework. At Suburban we were greeted by Monica who instead of trying to sell us a car quickly, took time to ask questions and listen to our answers. She never pushed, just provided information as needed. After our purchase, she introduced us to the Service Center team. All were super nice. I had ordered an accessory that had to be ordered and installed. Monica called me when it was in and set up an appt. When I rolled in, I didn't even have to tell the gentleman why I was there...He knew! He was super polite and professional. After the install, Monica introduced me to Bob (service manager) because I had questions on various features of the car. He took his time with me, hopped in the car and went through my punch list of questions. He patiently showed me how to work certain features and never got impatient or hurried! I left feeling happy and confident in my new car! Both my husband and I highly recommend Suburban Honda! Bob and Monica were excellent and everyone we met was courteous and professional! PS..We could have purchased our Honda much closer to home, but this was worth the extra drive! More

Bad "service" I purchased my Honda Accord from Suburban Honda in April 2016, and have since had an issue with the driver's seat. I brought this to the attention of one of the service staff and he was supposed to have the service manager contact me. It's been two months and I've heard nothing from this man. I've been back to the dealership three times - in the middle of the day - to talk to him specifically about this issue, but each time he "had left for the day." I was even told by another service member, "there's nothing I can do until he (service manager) gets in touch with you. Complete brush off! This type of treatment makes me wish I had never bought a vehicle from the Suburban flagship. More
