I was hoping that this dealership would be better than Page Honda, but it wasn't. The initial service advisor, Jeff, never got back to me, and then Bob Spurgeon contacted me after I cancelled my appointme Page Honda, but it wasn't. The initial service advisor, Jeff, never got back to me, and then Bob Spurgeon contacted me after I cancelled my appointment. He left me a message, but did not return my two voice messages thereafter. I then sent him a message via email, and he finally stated that he was unable to match any Page Honda coupons. I would not buy a Honda vehicle ever again, as I don't trust the dealership to refrain from performing unnecessary tests to keep them profitable. More

I had an agreement with my excellent salesperson that the price of the vehicle will be MSRP (full sticker) with no dealer add-ons.. Then his manager nixed the idea and wanted $1500 more.
