Bob was not pushy. He answered all the questions my husband and I had. Price is was what we wanted. Rockingham Toyota also took care of all the registration and insurance paperwork free of charge. My first scheduled maint. appt was made while I was there. Everyone was friendly throught the whole process. Bob explained all the options on the car when I picked it up.

The experience of my husband and myself as recent customers of Rockingham Toyota located in Salem, NH was beyond exemplary. From the first moment that we met salesman, Bob Stabile, he was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He knew all of his products in great detail and could answer most thoroughly any question which we put to him. He was never aggressive or dismissive, always wanting to satisfy us, his customers, in every way possible. In fact, the reason that we jumped from our initial interest in a used Rav4 to a new, Base Rav4 and, ultimately, to a Rav4 Limited edition with many optional extras included. was due to Bob's patience, understanding and non-aggressive approach. Bob has many times encouraged us to speak with him by phone or to even spend time with him at the dealership for further guidance explaining all of the many features of this electronic wonder! That is after his having spent close to an hour already most patiently reviewing with us in detail every feature of our new car. Timothy Leahy, the Finance Director, was most caring and professional as well, explaining in detail to us and advising us of all available options regarding warranties and other programs. We decided on both the Road Block and the eight year extended warranty, the latter which he advised would be a good choice since we are elderly and hope to keep the car for many years. Tim also figured out how to set up our cell phone on the Rav4's Blue Tooth, taking the time away from his own, busy position to do so. We also met Anne, the mamager of Rockingham Toyota, was also most pleasant and greeted us warmly as did Shawn Martin in the Service Department. I can honestly state that we would happily and strongly recommend this dealership and those with whom we met and worked. From us, they receive a gold star! Rodney and Lee Roberts

Bob Stabile was a great dealer to work with. He was not pushy, but was informative, helpful, kind and patient! I enjoyed my experience and will go back there again when it is time to get a new car, or when a friend is looking for a car. I will recommend this dealership and Bob to all I know.
